Liam Hart

Liam is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Aludyne, overseeing the company’s global legal affairs. In May 2025, he expanded his responsibilities to include Chief Human Resources Officer, taking on leadership of the company’s global HR strategy, including talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

Liam brings over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, having held senior leadership roles at Lear Corporation and TRW. His previous positions include Vice President and Divisional Counsel for Seating, and Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Lear Corporation. Prior to his automotive career, he was a partner at the Detroit-based law firm Jaffe Raitt, specializing in general commercial litigation.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Kalamazoo College and earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

Fun Fact: Liam enjoys golf, watching sports and spending time with his four daughters.
