Eric Rouchy

Eric is the Senior Vice President of Engineering & Program Management at Aludyne, a position he has held since January 2023. He is responsible for overseeing product engineering, product testing and leading the Global Program Management team.  In 2002, Eric joined SMW, a predecessor company of Aludyne, and has held product engineering leadership roles with increasing responsibility, including project engineer, engineering group leader, engineering manager, senior director of engineering and Vice President of Engineering. He holds a Baccalaureate with honors in Mathematics and Physics, and a Master’s Degree in Automotive, Structure and Material from ESTACA University in France, as well as a Business Engineering Degree from Oulu Polytechnic in Finland.

Fun Fact: Eric is extremely passionate about cars. He speaks three languages, and through his work, he has been fortunate to travel all over the world.
